如果您不同意所有使用條款，或者您不理解本使用條款的任何部分，則不允許您使用此 MikuMikuDance 模型檔案。
這個 3D 模型是 Pokemon 的二次創作。只允許在非營利的個人活動中使用。禁止商業用途。您不得將這些模型文件用於任何商業用途。請符合下面提供的使用條款。

不允許在以下情況下使用此模型文件

❌違反“公共秩序”與善良風俗。
❌將此 MMD 模型用於包含仇恨行為、淫穢、怪誕、暴力內容、虐待、成人內容、圖形暴力或極端主義的作品。
❌對於任何包含對原作品、個人或團體的負面內容的作品。
❌假冒此MMD 模型文件的製作者或冒充擁有此模型文件的版權。
❌用於包含政治、宗教活動、侮辱他人、其他組織、其他國家。
❌用於商業使用，將此 MMD 模型文件用於私人交易和公開交易。包含與金錢有關的事情。
❌挪用為３D 虛擬腳色。
❌在非MMD相關程式。如遊戲、VRchat、Source Filmmaker、Garry's Mod、L4D2 等中使用此模型文件。
❌將此 MMD 模型文件與 非法破解的模型文件共同使用。
❌發佈到bilibili、Instagram、TikTok等。
❌用於假冒他人或機器人帳戶。
❌以任何格式出售此 MMD 模型文件，無論是數位版還是印刷版。
❌將此 MMD 模型文件用於3D 輸出。
❌在您沒有進行任何編輯/修改的情況下分發或重新上傳這些模型文件。

✔️此 MMD 模型文件僅可用於非盈利目的。
✔️此模型數文件能用於MMD。但可以導入任何3DCG程式修改。
✔️此模型文件只能在niconico、youtube、twitter上發布，禁止於其他平台發布。
✔️您上傳為 twitter 頭像圖標時， Twitter 個人資料內標註"由 ACOSAN 建模"。
✔️僅限於已對此模型數文件進行了編輯/修改才可以進行分發檔案。
但僅只有進行"拆解模型"的版本則不被允許分發。
另外此修改後的模型文件若需分發，則必須遵守與本使用條款相同的條件。
當您分發您的編輯過的模組文件時，請務必一同夾帶原始README文件。 修改後的模型名稱必須註明為“ACO3式”。
✔️在使用此 MMD 模型數據時，您必須標註， ACOSAN 或 ACO3式 MMD模型名稱。
✔️如果您在 Youtube 上傳作品，也請在 niconico 上傳一份。 因為我希望更多精彩的影片能上傳到niconico。
✔️在Niconico 上傳時，請在內容樹註冊為親作品。
請自行承擔使用此 MMD 模型文件的風險。
對於因使用這些模型文件而造成的任何損害，本人一概不負責。

✔️You may distribute this MMD Model Data, ONLY if you have made edits to this data. Even if you can redistribute remodeling, redistribution of disassembled parts is not allowed. MUST distribute the modified data with the same conditions as the original terms of use. Please include the attached original readme when you distribution the modified data. the modified data name must be indicated as "ACO3 type" .

✔️個人的SNSでアイコンに使用する際はプロフにクレジット表記は必須。
✔️本モデルデータは改造された場合のみ、再配布可能です。 改造再配布可でも、パーツ分解の再配布不可です。 ただし、変更されたデータは、本利用規約と同じ条件です。 配布データには付属の元readmeを同封してください。 モデルデータ名 「ACO3式」を明記してください。
✔️YouTubeに投稿したら、ニコニコにも投稿してください。 なぜなら私はニコニコ動画にもっと素敵な動画がアップされることを願っています。
✔️ニコニコ投稿時にコンテンツツリーへを親作品に登録するようお願いします。
✔️本モデルデータを使用する際、モデル制作者の名前 ACOSAN / ACO3式モデル名 を記載して下さい。
